Protects my baby from flat spots
My baby is 2 months old and has a flat spot behind his left ear because he prefers to turn his head. Results are yet to be seen if that flat spot diminishes - it's only been a few days - but the pillow definitely keeps her head in the middle position (preventing her from turning her head to the left and lying on that side ). ). The pillow is soft and you can move the filling inwards to accommodate your neck if the pillow is too high. For the price, it's worth a try - it works better than anything I've tried to position her head at home (rolled up blankets, etc.).
