I like that my website is hosted in Australia, this makes it easier to get support from the team. There are some bugs with the platform, but they're working on them all the time. The interface isn't as intuitive as other platforms we've used. They don't have a mobile app yet which can be tricky to use when you're away from your computer. We needed an easy way to manage our contact details for multiple clients so that they could update their own information without needing to call us. This has been very useful. It's also great that we can access it on any device.
