Great all weather case for the money

I bought this case for a 2018 JKU Rubicon. It fits snugly, has good elastic all over the bottom and a nylon buckle strap that goes through the bottom of the car to ensure it stays in place even in high winds. It also comes with a grommet through which you can add an anti-theft cable lock. The underside of the lid is a layer of white fleece that will not scratch the clear coat. But it does attract things (like leaves or small twigs), so you'll need to be careful to pick those things out before you put them away so they don't scratch the paint when you put the lid back on. The seams between the different panels are well sewn by several folded layers. making water ingress unlikely. Between snow, ice, and rain, the jeep never got wet under the canopy, and I live in the middle of the Atlantic where the weather is at its worst in summer and winter. with high humidity several months a year. In fact, I once had to cover a Jeep after a few light splashes fell, not enough to wet the whole car but enough to leave water droplets on it. When I opened it up the next day, the drops had evaporated, so it kind of breathed while remaining waterproof on the outside. It's also durable enough to be brushed and brushed to remove the endless amount of dirt that rains down on the driveway. of oak trees in my garden 10 months a year. If there is a minus, then bulky. I can't imagine how I'm ever going to get it back in the bag that came with it without bringing it inside, laying it out on a clean floor and going through the trouble of rolling it up tightly. Although that's not a problem for me as I usually roll it up and throw it in the back of a jeep or in a big box in the garage. But I wouldn't want to carry it in my pocket on a regular basis. We usually unroll it at the back of the jeep, thread it over the mirrors and antenna first, and then secure it around the rest of the car. Mirror pockets help position it properly with the rest of the Jeep. It's certainly doable for one person, but the fleece backing on a freshly waxed surface can make it a bit slippery at times. I've had it for two years now (yes sorry for the late review but wanted to experiment with it a bit) and it hasn't shown much wear and tear. I take care of my stuff so I can be more careful with it than others, but so far they seem pretty solid. I had several covers for different cars. This is the best I've had so far.
