In preparation for experiments, I used this model. Installed a number of different Linux distributions and copied numerous huge items, including games, VirtualBox images, and other things. When I was writing a large volume to a drive, I noticed that the copying process began to slow down significantly. Not only did the actual process of copying take longer, but the entire system as a whole also slowed down! Started to comprehend. Temperatures that were far higher than 75 degrees Celsius and even higher were recorded. I purchased a thermal pad and an iron case for a 2.5 inch disk on aliexpress.com. We remove the board from the plastic casing and place it inside the iron case. The temperatures fell, and I did not observe any higher than 36 degrees Celsius. Yet, the brakes were not removed. As was the case before, the performance degrades to an unusable level after 6-7Gb of recorded data. I am quite dissatisfied with Curcial.
