These rear view mirrors are a good idea but poorly designed if you are using them on a stationary electric scooter. Maybe they work. good on bikes and motorbikes, but on an e-scooter, because you're in a standing (not sitting) position, the angles you have to look at these things from (and thus be able to see what's behind you) are total different As a result, the arms of these mirrors aren't long enough to stick out far enough for you to see what's behind you. I've tried them a few different ways on the steering wheel and still no luck. All you can see is your upper arm blocking the view of what's behind the scooter. I also bought another type of these mirrors from Revain and they didn't work for the same reason. But unfortunately I scratched both pairs trying to get them to work in different positions on the handlebars so I couldn't return them. Maybe a pair will fit the bike I have stashed in the garage.
