Great case! Expect to pay double anywhere else for similar quality. Disclaimer: these cases are by no means perfect! If you look close enough you notice little flaws. For instance, the felt was cut a little sloppy in some corners but you gotta look close! On both my boxes (I bought 2, I know, I live on the edge) it appears both front handles were installed "upside down" but that may be intentional. anyway, I don't care as I don't intend to use those handles. My suggestion to the manufacturer would be to lose those front handles altogether. Use of the inset side handles is HIGHLY recommended; they are much sturdier especially if you're full of chips - even those fancy ceramic 10g chips. I expect use of the front handle would result in quick case failure.A few notes: yes the graphic is probably machine printed on, certainly not inlay. If you want inlay be prepared to pay $500 or more for your box. But the printing is very well done. Almost looks like airbrush (but for the price I doubt it). The chip runs are NOT rounded to fit, they are 40mm flat bottom boxes separated by a pretty thin, possibly plastic separator. I didn't break it to see but I do a lot of woodwork and I suspect they used a bit of plastic in those removable chip trays. Likely to save on cost. Can't blame them. And it doesn't detract from the overall craftsmanship, they look very nice and they're sturdy. But flaws and shortcuts aside, for the money you CANNOT BEAT THIS CASE.They came wrapped in paper, then foam paper, then Styrofoam, in individual boxes inside a larger box with airbags in it, though I would guess that last part is revain's doing. There was foam paper and Styrofoam inside the cases themselves to protect the trays from the inside of the box during transit. All in all, they did their best to protect the case during shipment and to great success. No a scratch or a ding to be found. Five stars, A plus plus, would buy again.
