Ripped bags in less than 1 year of ownership
Great size, great features. However, I've had it for less than a year and don't use it regularly, and one of the inner pockets (for storing a cell phone) is torn. Considering I've only used this bag for 3 trips and don't stuff it, it's a pity I have to fix it. I'll continue to use it when traveling because it's a good size with good storage, but that sucks for its quality/durability.
