Great bag. I wanted something for everyday use to carry my laptop and papers to and from work and this fit me perfectly. It's been a year and it still looks like new. Large interior space - easily fits a laptop charger as well as many files. An open exterior pocket provides easy/quick access to everyday papers/keys/phone that you need to reach quickly. The skin is smooth and feels comfortable. The shoulder strap is well constructed - it's a nylon leather shoulder pad rather than full leather, making it more durable and reliable. My old Kenneth Cole bag had a leather shoulder strap and after a couple of years it wore out from the flexing and rubbing of the leather. The handles are also durable - there are extra stitching on the handles that ensure durability should you happen to grab a bag by a handle and shift your weight in one spot. One small complaint - the buckles/zippers are made out of large pieces of metal so they can sometimes jingle as you walk which can be annoying.
