Review on Pawhut by Hamilton Larcony

My recent experience with the online pet supply shop Pawhut was a nightmare. Even though they market themselves as experts in pet goods, the company's offerings and support are woefully inadequate. The dog crate I purchased was poorly made and broke after only a few days. The metal bars were too flimsy and easily bent, so I couldn't leave my canine inside. Pawhut's customer support was rude and unhelpful when I called. Despite the obvious flaw in the product, they declined to issue a refund or exchange. Even the pet home I ordered was subpar. The timber was too lightweight to withstand the elements for long. A few weeks later, the roof was leaking and the timber was rotting. Once again, I found customer support to be unresponsive and unhelpful when I reached out to them. Buying from Pawhut was the worst internet shopping experience I have ever had. The standard of their goods is low, and their service is unreliable and unprofessional. I would advise pet owners to stay away from Pawhut and look elsewhere for their pet supply requirements.
