Review on SellerActive by Eric Nelso

I love it when things just go smoothly! It seems there is nothing about this program that I dislike yet we have had absolutely no issues since implementation in early 2019. The team was amazing at explaining what they did/didn't do so our transition went well (as far as understanding). They continued to update us daily throughout 2018. We continue working together for 2020 but haven't received any updates regarding 2021 changes; however if something does come through before then please let me know. If there are problems don't be afraid to call them - even though everyone says customer service has declined over the years it still helps tremendously!! Nothing really comes close unless one knows someone currently within the organization which makes an introduction difficult due to confidentiality requirements. This doesn't affect my decision negatively enough to say anything negative other than it would help for others considering using them not to feel alone once going thru all these questions with potential partners/customers. Streamlining inventory control between different platforms while reducing errors via automation. No noticeable downsides during year 1 or 2. As an example; we have noticed fewer mistakes The best part about selleractive is that it has all our data in one place which makes managing orders easy for us! I have no dislikes yet but if there are any they would be very small things because we love how this program works so well!! We're able solve issues quickly by using Sell Active rather than having emails back n forth between ourselves an clients etc.. It also helps eliminate customer service costs since i am not constantly responding via email when problems arise.
