Update: I didn't have sound via bluetooth or any other app like most people but the radio worked fine. Well my 02 Tahoe comes with a factory amp and I connected the blue antenna wire to my amp wire which I think was wrong but sometimes it worked but no more often than it actually works. After tinkering with it for over a week, I finally figured out what I was doing wrong. I looked at one of the other wire harnesses that came with the stereo and one wire said amp cont so I plugged it in and there was no sound at all but you have to swipe down the top of the screen and turn on the amp button. and BOOM! Problem solved. I have Sound full time from every app I have. Hope this helps someone. All in all, it's not terrible stereo. The Spotify app and Bluetooth can't always play a sound and it's very annoying. However, the radio plays sound 100% of the time. Apps load slowly and everything loads pretty slowly. Even uploading music to Spotify takes about 20 seconds per song, and I've even driven my car about 8 feet from the router. You can keep it or buy another one and send it back. If it played music 100% no matter what I was doing, I could live with everything else.
