Well I have so many problems with this item that I don't know what to do, the software that comes with it doesn't work with my Windows Vista Computer (I think maybe Vista is the culprit here), but it was working for a while, kinda, but suddenly it stopped, anyway I've done almost everything, even factory reset the system, which I always go back to as the last resort, NOTHING. Who has other thoughts than buying another modem?
