
I bought the crepe pan for the purpose of making wheat tortillas. The heat distributes evenly and the tortillas turn out very well. It is easy to clean and light weight.My only problem is the handles. The material used cannot deal with the heat. I use it once a week for about 30 minutes. By 10 to 15 minutes the handle began to smoke and my kitchen smelled of burning nylon. So I had to remove the handle.The cooking surface is very well made and I continue to use it, but without the handle.Therefore I give it 3 stars.
