X-wearers keep their legs inside
My 20 month old daughter wore them for Easter and she has small feet for her age but all babies are different she is between a big 4 and a little 5. I would call these shoes a big 5 but that's ok because 1 they are cute 2 straps prevent her legs from slipping and falling out which is a plus and 3 she has room to get through so I give this one a thumbs up

- They look way bigger than the size. But the fit was perfect. true size
