The ease of use, its compatibility with various platforms like iOS & Android etc., as well as in terms of customization it is one of most advanced products available out there today. Also their support has been excellent so far! It's easy to integrate into existing applications too. I have used this product since last 6 years now but during that time we never faced any issues or bugs which might be causing problems with other clients/users currently using such software. But i guess if you are looking at something else then go ahead otherwise don't hesitate because it will not let down your business once integrated. We were facing problem while chatting through different apps (like WhatsApp) where people could see our messages even when they weren’t online due to some technical glitch. Now all chats get synced up and can easily access them from anywhere including desktop computers without.
