It works, but be careful!
This item works well but you need to be very careful. If you push the hook too far, a second hook will appear and go in the opposite direction, making the hook extremely difficult to pull out and can do more damage than snagging if you're not careful. It was the only item that came close to what I was looking for, but it wasn't exactly what I wanted. I don't know why there is a second hook in the opposite direction? Obviously, this tool is meant for something other than simply dragging driftwood onto the wrong side of the fabric.
