Always look good for gloves

I sort through rubber gloves when washing dishes. I love using very hot water when washing dishes and it will break any rubber glove. I was hoping a silicone glove would help. This glove definitely protects my hand in hot water but due to the lack of grip it is actually very slippery to use. I must have grabbed a sharp object, but it was enough to poke a small hole in my thumb. FYI, I've had it for less than a month. I'll keep looking for the right one I guess.
