Made in Taiwan which is better than "Made in China" but I'm not sure how much. Although every photo of the Four Seasons I can find shows a heat shield, this one doesn't. So far I'm less than impressed. I'll give it a few years and see if the case warps into a pretzel shape like the last one. On a positive note, it was packaged very well. Much better than being "crumbed up in a box" like my last Rock Auto car.
