I have to say I am very pleasantly surprised by this product. The consistency is not very thick, rather transparent. I put it on at night and then put it on her face and it really works wonders. My neck stays hydrated all night and all day until I shower. I have very sensitive skin so I was very concerned about this and the smell but neither is a problem for me. I'm a tall woman and I'm working on my double chin and this combined with the slim face has helped SO MUCH, I've also noticed that it has lightened my neck a bit. It's very easy to apply and doesn't feel heavy at all. Overall a great product and my chin seems really firm and definitely slimmer. The company also has excellent customer service in general.
