Very dissatisfied with this purchase. I bought this case in mid-April and it was damaged before the end of July. First, the dog peed in my car while driving home from the vet and it leaked through that "waterproof" cover on my seats. Luckily I have leather seats and caught him early enough to clean up the mess before he screwed up my car. I was just grateful that I had some kind of barrier and let it go without blaming the cover in the slightest. Then, even after a few weeks, a medium sized tear started where the edge holds the rest of the cover together. Again I just let it go. A small tear in this area does not appear to have affected the function of the cover. not finished yet. The next time I had a dog in the car the cover tore in two more places and since then every time I've been traveling with a pet it's been tearing more and more, allowing hair and liquids to pass through unhindered. right on my seats and the floor. The last couple of times I've had to take my personal dog somewhere and just didn't bother using it. I would like to give the company the opportunity to fix the problem, but I can't find a legal way. contact them anywhere. For now I would recommend everyone to stay away from this hideout.
