The plastic tab literally broke off when unpacking. It didn't make me too happy, but since I only store doll shoes in it I think I'll add velcro to it. It is actually the perfect shoe storage for 16 inch fashion dolls. You can remove separators for extra space. I will be ordering another one to house doll boots, handbags and accessories. The large container is deeper and allows standing. The smaller ones are half the size so I put the shoes to the side. You can see the zippers are very thin. If you need something that really stays closed, you can look for something with a better closure. The smaller container actually has a decent lid, wish they would use the same on the larger one.
