Well I received this product and as far as I can tell it works and everything is fine for about two months when I used it for about 4 times about 30 minutes and that used The fifth time I turned it on for another 30 minutes it wouldn't turn on, the fan wouldn't work and the iron plates wouldn't work either And there was no one to turn to for help or support So overall I would I have to say that the product is not very good, considering that after the fifth use the product stopped working, not very good, not recommended
