Had to buy new sheets as I ruined ours with cooking spray. I didn't realize cooking spray burned on low heat, so it gradually left more and more of a sticky residue on the surface until we had to throw it out. I only found out about cooking spray from reading reviews and can happily say I have no problem now after throwing away all the cooking sprays. These pans are very smooth and definitely worth their price. Ps I didn't have any warping either, which happened with our old pans as well. So happy I didn't spend twice as much thinking it was a question of price as it isn't, they are spot on
