I like the feature of customizing my own designs, it makes life easier! There are many features which need improvement but nothing so far has been found really bad about the software. The only thing I dislike now is the time needed to learn how to manage all its functions. It could be improved by adding more tutorials as they do not provide enough information about this tool in their website. A lot of clients prefer to customize their logo/product design themselves rather than have an outside designer create them due to different reasons such as cost savings, ease of management etc. We used to get requests from our customers who wanted customized logos (logo design) instead of having one created internally when we had no expertise in graphic designing.
