Does not fit small ears

I had to use the ear tips from the old set because the 3 ear tips that came with them didn't stay in my ear canal. Also, the flex earbud that keeps the earbuds in is way too big. It actually caused redness from constant peeling. They only offer one size and I have small ears so I can't use them. So all in all they were just replacements for my old headphone models until I found a set that really fit my ears.
