. I had it less than a month. One of the needles broke and snapped to a sharp edge, scratching the scalp while cleaning. I expected that, I was wrong. Update now, I'm having problems with the return, the carrier still hasn't picked up even though I inquired a few days ago. At this point I'm running out of money I work hard to earn that this item was broken it shouldn't be my problem it should be the sellers. Update, it was so difficult to return this item, I canceled the return, I will pull out the broken pen, use it as is, but I will never buy from this company again and I will not recommend it. I was excited I wanted a Tek brush for years after seeing holistic habits on youtube finally broke and got it and it was a total disappointment.
