Not suitable for bikes with disc brakes
While this adapter is great for adapting a 15mm wheel hub to a 12mm axle fork, it will not prevent the wheel from slipping slightly on your 15mm hub left and right slides is narrow adapter. On a bike with disc brakes, the disc braked wheel can move left or right in the caliper and rub against the brake pads. A full repair would involve a couple of small OD washers placed around this adapter to fill the gaps between the 15mm hub and the ends of the bike fork.
