(UPDATE - please read before the rest) - I was able to reprogram the power button to work on my TV instead and now it doesn't close windows) instructions are still there virtually non-existent and this item is VERY cheaply made. Upgrade to three stars, but more is not possible. ------------------------------------------------- --------------- -------------------- --------------- -------- This was done incredibly cheaply on there There is no UL sticker, model number, or any form or printed identification anywhere on this remote. There is no way to search the internet for instructions. A small piece of paper with not enough instructions. This would be my best example of why I gave my first one star review (original, now changed) on a product. The slightest press of the power button on this remote control, even accidentally, and your computer will shut down without warning or prompt. I don't see any way to disable this feature, and if I can't find a way to do it, it leaves a star and a point I would advise you to stay away from. You can carefully place this remote on your desk or shelf and when that very sensitive power button on the remote is pressed, YOUR COMPUTER WILL TURN OFF NO MATTER WHAT IT DOES!
