Bought mainly for peeling beets. Get it right, snip the root and clear the end of the green! Other vegetarians who tried it were just as good. The person who said they didn't get two extra blades and a knife, read the instructions! There is another bracket on the underside of the battery holder. There are blades, but the knife is in the recess below.
