Fast transmitter, external SSD enclosure not working. Please do an RMA or something similar.

Finally I was able to get an M.2 SSD for this beautiful external USB SSD enclosure. The first SSD I bought was a Western Digital WD_Black with a heatsink. Unless of course I knew, but I soon realized it was going to be too thick for the case so it went into my computer. Then I bought a Samsung 970 EVO Plus without a heat sink. It doesn't fit in a USB port. I even used a nail file to file down the edges of the board (to try and connect them). I couldn't get it to work, I tested the SSD with my PC's second M.2 connection, it worked great and was recognized immediately. After trying two (2) different SSDs from two different companies. Decided to give it another try by buying another WD_Black without the SN750 heatsink (pictures in this review). The day finally came when I had everything I needed to FINALLY assemble this external (freaking fast) USB drive enclosure. I went to put M.2 in the connection. This seems odd as the M.2 needs to be installed upside down on the board. I have everything together Screw four (4) screws into each corner. I tried to unplug the USB connector but I couldn't. I loosened four (4) screws and decided to connect it to the computer just to try. The computer (Windows 10 Pro) did not recognize the connected external drive. I've tried EVERY USB in my setup, both the top and back main USB on the motherboard. Nothing! I went into Windows Disk Management console and didn't see the drive listed. I restarted the computer and entered the BIOS where the previous two (2) M.2s appeared, but the external enclosure was still not recognized. Now I don't have 30 days and I have a device that is NOT working! I really want to give a good review but I can't. I remember; that the seller shipped this item quickly, but that's all I can say about this experience. I have verified that this NEW M.2 SSD works but not in this case. Please seller, according to the circumstances, do a lot of troubleshooting. There are different times when purchasing new equipment. I urge you to get in touch and try to make it right. I'd really like an external enclosure, just one that actually works. Would you be so kind as to work with me so I can send this back for something that works.
