Wrong or BAD fastener design
With shelves like this, strength is always an issue. The package of screws and anchors that comes with these shelves MUST come from another product. I threw them all together. The anchors are fine, but the cone head bolts immediately became an obvious miss. I hope this was a one-time error in the shipping process. But if not, you will need flat bottom screws. After I did that, they installed themselves pretty well.
