You might think it would be easy to use. In fact, my original PINK model of this brand worked fine, but the headset, mainly the headset jack that came with the phone was rubbish. Now on this one Phone it's reversed.It was constantly dying.Shorted out after a few minutes or seconds.Doing customer service from home and it happens in the middle of a conversation is a nightmare!!!Unfortunately I couldn't return it because of the Stand was out of place for it so I threw the device in the box and am now using the headset on my 8 year old AT&T landline no matter how small so you get your money back if the product doesn't meet the requirements.
