Not new, stains on the handle, cap doesn't fit - not sure Fiskars

There are a few black marks on the handle, smudged in several places, the cap didn't fit. It's like the stylus has been replaced with another old one (not the same orange colour) as the other one has clearly been used, not exactly by Fiskars - probably both.
