Review on Wusthof Classic Super Glider Chef's Knife - Precision and Efficiency in the Kitchen by Kitty Jenkins

My wife loves to cook so we recently updated her knives. This was a specialty knife that we saw had great reviews and they were right! An additional feature of this knife is an edge on one side that physically causes whatever you just cut to "fall off" the knife instead of sticking to it. You don't need your fingers to hold tomatoes, lettuce and whatever else you're chopping. They just fall to the side and you can keep cutting. Very well made and easy to use, like all of our other Wustoff Classic knives. We assume that these knives will accompany us for many years.
