Doesn't do its job
Not suitable for REAL Hi Lift. What?!?! Isn't that the point of the purchase? He has one function - to maintain high buoyancy, and he cannot do that. Zero stars well deserved. Also, as mentioned, the holes for the pads are meaningless as the Hij is held in place by a screw. Terrible design and execution. For that price I could build something and then buy $50 worth of beer.
