Surprisingly strong!
Yes. Definitely strong. I recommend not trying to sew it through as it will get stuck in the needle. It will hold your fabric in place but not sure what will happen to it if you wash it as the project I'm using it on doesn't wash until it gets dirty (depending on use). It peels off fairly easily if you're not trying to rub it into the fabric. However, rubbing it into the fabric at the ends of the tape will make the paper layer easier to remove. Quite a dilemma there. I would buy it again until I need to flash it.
