I bought this specifically for the belt clip and use it with the "bumper". I had the same S3 case/clip and when I first dropped the phone the screen cracked. I had insurance and had to make a claim which cost me $200. I bought several cases and found one that fit and just used the clip. While waiting for the Revain to arrive I used it on a spare phone and the first time I dropped it the bottom edge was badly scratched. I will upload an image. I found a "bumper" with a translucent backing for an S3 that worked. I don't particularly blame this company for the design. As with most products from China, almost everyone only makes near-exact copies of everyone else, and while they make "cosmetic" changes, there are very few design innovations that come from Chinese minds. Let's see what I mean. Yes, you will find a few American companies making them, but they cost $40. In her defense, my $9.99 case cost me $200. So, if you don't care about protection (weird concept, maybe only the Chinese understand?) or if you're just looking for a cheap clip for another case, don't buy this.
