Not suitable for tall people
The metal trim is so worn that sharp ridges can be seen on the armrests. The "adjustable" lumbar support isn't really adjustable, it only pivots in one spot and doesn't rest next to my lower back. I'm tall and the lumbar spine rests on the back of my pelvis without even touching my back. The seat depth is too small even in the most forward position.
