I love poached eggs. But not within a week. Of these theses at home, "Egg Muffins” are excellent. I give them to young parents who need to save time by improving their parenting/pairing skills. I also give them to bachelors and friends who are serious about nutrition. WARNING: BURN your cupcakes BEFORE microwaving FRESH eggs (ie not a week old)! Because the eggs are done when the toast is done! Then vary the taste with different types of cheese, spices or even jellies. Don't forget to drizzle with oil before cracking the egg. It's easier to peel AND the eggs slide out. :) I wanted THESE poachers because they are made with STRONG loops. Some microwave oven manufacturers felt that plastic hinges would wear out over time.
