Good for women in women

Fairly good replacement for Hamilton Khaki watches. It has an H buckle like the OEM but doesn't cost a fortune and it's pretty thick too. The OEM leather strap is $100, a fraction of the cost. OEM leather quality is better, but not bad by any means. Overall I'm very happy with it.
