Big fly in the ointment! Long time to choose a juicer. As a result, they settled on Bork and Kenwood. Bork seemed too expensive (~16 Krub), acquaintances spoke well of kenwood as a company. As a result, we bought a juicer in an online store. After squeezing 10 kg of apples, they found that the filter (mesh) diverges along the seam. They took the juicer to a service center, since, in our opinion, squeezing apples simply physically could not lead to such a defect. Two weeks have not passed since the date of purchase. The service center quickly issued a conclusion that this was a manufacturer's defect, and they also told us that the warranty card of the e-shop was a fake (there were no watermarks on it). We were given a conclusion, the service center left the juicer for storage, under an agreement between the center and kenwood. Then 2-3 weeks in the store they considered my application for a refund. In the end, they wanted to get a juicer from me and return the money. The service center agreed to return the juicer in exchange for a conclusion about the reasons for its inoperability. After spending a whole day on the phone between the store, the SC, and the Kenwood representative office, I finally got the store to return the money. In addition, I learned that the online store is not an authorized partner of kenwood. Hence the following conclusions: 1. before buying any equipment, call their representative office and find out everything about partners and warranty service. 2. when buying a kenwood, take into account that in which case the equipment will not be legally returned from the SC. But that's not all! Having returned the money, we decided to try happiness again. We went and bought the same model in an electronic hypermarket. What do you think, it turned out that during operation, the juicer smells of burnt, burned plastic or wiring. Handed over to the service directly in the store, but the service in the service is 21 days! It turned out to be a manufacturer's defect! Based on my experience, I can say for sure that the last batch of models from China is defective
