Okay update - I christened my keyboard Dierya today, I spilled diet soda on it so I had a chance to pick up the keyboard and take a look. First, it was unaffected by the spill, it was small but buried. So I went along with removing the keycaps and thought it was well done. It has an aluminum backplate and the brown Gateron keys are very nice. I use a lot of keyboards and have found that a mechanical keyboard is much better than a rubber dome keyboard when it comes to typing. I chose this keyboard because I wanted something smaller than a TKL keyboard (87 keys). I started with a very cheap but really good TKL keyboard - TOMOKO MMC023, 87-Key USB Wired Mechanical Keyboard with Blue Switch, Anti-Phantom Keys - Black. I liked it, but a few months later I wanted a full-size keyboard and bought the E-Elementยฎ Z-88 RGB Waterproof LED Backlit Mechanical Gaming Keyboard with 104 Anti-Ghost Keys, Blue Switches, White+Gold , it was very good but there were some quality issues, some LEDs were either very dim or didn't work at all. Finally, the blue switches were really too loud for my liking, and I just bought my wife a brand new Fnatic Mini Streak keyboard at a STUPID Best Buy sale, which is about $35 off the suggested retail price. I fell in love with brown switches, so I bought a Velocifire TKL keyboard with brown switches from Kahil. I used it for a few months, then I saw this Dierya keyboard, bought mine with brown Gateron switches. I am very happy with my purchase, especially when I got caught in the flash sale. Pros - Few 60%, and I mean little. - It's both Bluetooth and wired - it has a braided and detachable USB C cable. - It has finger rests on the ten finger system. - The switches are very similar to Cherry MX Browns, although they're probably Kahil or Gateron switches. Cons - The keycap wobbles which makes it feel a little cheaper. - With any smaller form factor keyboard, there are tradeoffs such as: B. the loss of a dedicated key (delete) and the like. - You must press CTRL-ALT-FN-Del keys to access Task Manager. - Only has 7 static colors, but there are many more in color wave mode. Additionally, if you're looking for a decent compact form factor (60%) keyboard that feels almost premium but doesn't cost a fortune, I'd recommend this keyboard.
