This is a great shaper to use daily. It is comfortable and will let you continue with your daily activities. It is not a corset per se but will smooth and even out your body nicely. Going to the bathroom is easy, the hooks are a breeze to open and close. I highly recommend it. Overall it is a great value for the price and I am a really happy customer. It runs a tad small.
