The instructions are pretty vague but you can put them together. The power connection is on the back on the top right of the machine, the drain plug is on the bottom, and to fill with water lift the cap on top and use the small hole in the corner. You can't add ice despite the ads. Nothing can be removed except the filter and cap. Very small, usually designed for one person at a table and probably not suitable for a bedroom. The water tank lasts about 4-5 hours depending on the fan setting. Pretty quiet, but still noticeable as background noise. LED lights work well and come in a variety of colors and shades.
