I have ordered several different models, all 3 inch with swivel and double brake - in the same price range. These, meanwhile, turned out to be slightly better quality, but not nearly as good as the rave reviews would suggest. Ball bearings rattle freely around the mounting pin/bolt - instead of rolling on the bearings, the rollers spin freely around the mounting pin (why even ball bearings?) a few bucks more The double locking is based on the teeth in the brake and the pivot plate - it seems to work, but not very stable. Spend a little more for precision equipment or a work platform and get properly certified materials from reputable suppliers.
