I’m 5’3 and 160. I often feel like I’m in between a medium and a large in most clothes. I was concerned these shorts wouldn’t have enough support to hold in my jiggly areas and then I wouldn’t want to wear them out of the house but they’re perfect. They’re comfortable and soft but do seem to hold in the areas I need most. I like the high waist and it’s not too tight. You could also fold them down if you don’t like high wasted leggings.
