Review on Kids' Walkie 📻 Talkies by USA Toyz by Mario Haan

UPDATE: USA Toyz contacted us and sent us a really nice email apologizing for the toy's performance and sending us another replacement item. We are very pleased that you responded to our experience. I know my kids will be happy to get something from Santa instead of walkie-talkies. Apparently Santa can fix things all year round! We sent them back once because one of the walkie-talkies got very hot from the batteries. This was after a week of use. We've had our second set for about a week and they don't work very well either. Firstly, when we received the next set, it wasn't in the package - it was in a transparent bag with no direction. Maybe they were used? Batteries are really difficult to install, which I think leads to the annoying habit of turning the walkie on and off with it while driving. They have many features (which we could figure out with a guide), have clean sound and can be used remotely. Unfortunately they didn't last long and we will be sending them back. :(
