Good but could be better

Overall I really like this phone because it's reasonably priced and a good alternative to the very expensive Skype phone and regular phone combos phone represents . a few quibbles. First the positives: - Generally very good sound quality - Shows your Skype contacts - Easy to use - Very long range But there are a few things that could be improved: - The battery life is terrible. It only seems to last a few hours, and even when the phone is completely powered off, it seems to be completely dead in just a few days. They come with some generic rechargeable batteries which I replaced with a better brand - didn't help much. My biggest complaint: It's not dual voltage. This means you need to carry a power converter with you when you travel to Europe. I forgot it on my last trip and plugged in my skype phone when I got to the room and the charger burned out. There really is no excuse these days for products designed for travel not to have dual voltage! - If the "Handset" box is checked in the software interface, you won't be able to hear when you suddenly decide to use Skype on a PC. You need to switch it to PC. A minor annoyance, but the software needs to know if you're using Skype on PC without having to switch. All in all a good product but I highly recommend they work on the battery life and dual voltage issue!
