Review on CanaKit Raspberry Pi 4 8GB Starter Kit with High-Performance 8GB RAM by Brian Samaiyar

I was looking for a safe, reliable, and inexpensive way to set up my own VPN server at home. My operating system of choice was Linux, and I didn't want to run a clunky, noisy, dust-collecting computer all day. Here comes the mighty Raspberry PI. In addition to a mouse and keyboard, this starter kit contains everything you need to set up your Raspberry PI. Although it works very well, I don't use the Raspberry PI's desktop feature, I disabled it and it saved me about 500MB of RAM. The only cable going to my Raspberry PI is the power cable. To connect to my PI, I ssh into it. If you're a serious Linux enthusiast, you probably don't need to connect a monitor to it. The fan that comes with the PI makes almost no noise, you can't even hear it running. It's also possible to use Python to control the CPU fan to turn on, you can only turn it on when the CPU gets hotter than say > 80°F. I didn't install the standard NOOBS OS, instead I downloaded DietPi v6.25.3. I like DietPi because it has many packages that you can download and it's very easy to set up and use.
