Review on ๐Ÿ”ต Large Midnight Blue Vertagear Gaming Chair by Robert Decamps

Revainrating 1 out of 5

I do not recommend. No customer service (missing)

Update 10/08/18 - Wheels keep falling apart making the chair unstable. I contacted customer service on October 2nd about a wheel/castor issue and still no reply. Will never buy another Vertagear product again. The update wheel issue is now security related. The wheels suddenly bounce, making the chair very unstable and almost tipping over. Sent a question to customer service two days ago if better castors/wheels are available but no response. Downgrading my rating until I get at least a response from Vertagear. The wearing comfort is okay and can get better over time. Previous reviews have noted the firmness of the padding and I expect it to improve with use. Assembly is relatively easy, but I first installed the mechanism to recline the chair (never noticed the arrow on the part mentioned in the instructions). My main problem is the wheels. Each wheel consists of two parts that snap onto a horizontal metal axle. I've only had the chair for a few weeks, but when the chair is moved (I use a semi-rigid chair mat over carpet) the wheels separate and fall off. It is often necessary to put the chair down and put the wheels back in place. For the price of a chair, I expect better design and durability.
